Return Policy
Contact us through email or phone number to process a return. Included in the email or phone call we will need your first and last name, order number, and shipping address. We will only accept items that have not been damaged or used. The items are eligible for a return as long as the customer contacts us within 14 days of the customer's delivery date. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost when returning the item.
Shipping Policy
It may take up to five of our business days (Tuesday-Friday) to process the order and get items shipped out. The customer will receive a tracking number once items have shipped. Once items are shipped it may take 5 to 7 business days to arrive to shipping destination.
